Screw Feeder

To speed up assembly lines, these feeders sort loose screws and hold them up one at a time. They present each screw headfirst, so it’s easy to pick them up with a screwdriver. These feeders are ready to use right out of the box—just pour screws into the hopper. They’re made for high-volume assembly, so they won’t jam even after extensive use.

These feeders work with a variety of head types, including those with an extended flange or a lock washer. Use with either magnetic or nonmagnetic screws. Measure your screw’s length from under the head.

For Robotic Screwdriving Operation—Feeders for robotic screwdriving operation have a flat plate that gives automated equipment plenty of space to pick up the screw. You can integrate them with your robot so that they send a signal when the next screw is ready.
